These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop www.alsafaa.nl . By ordering, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Prices and information
All prices include VAT.
Any delivery charges will be clearly stated during checkout.
We do our best to display product information and images as accurately as possible. Minor color deviations may occur.
4. Ordering & payment
Your order is only final after receipt of payment. Payments are made via secure payment methods such as iDEAL, credit card, Paypal, etc. You will receive an immediate confirmation by e-mail.
5. Delivery
We deliver within 2 to 4 weeks, unless otherwise stated with the product. Delivery takes place personally to the front door or in consultation to the living room. Al Safaa is not liable for delays by third parties (such as suppliers or carriers).
6. Returns
You have a 14-day reflection period after receiving your order.
The product must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
Return costs are at your own expense, unless we have made a mistake.
Products made to order cannot be returned.
7. Warranty
All our products have a 2-year legal warranty on manufacturing defects. Wear and tear due to normal use is not covered. In case of damage, always contact us immediately.
8. Complaints
We recommend that you first report complaints to us via klantenservice@alsafaa.nl . Does this not lead to a solution? Then you can contact the Disputes Committee as a consumer via www.degeschillencommissie.nl or via the European ODR platform.
9. Liability
Al Safaa is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the product.
We are only liable for direct damage that can be demonstrably attributed to our negligence.
10. Intellectual property
All texts, images and designs on our website are property of Al Safaa and may not be used without permission.
11. Changes
Al Safaa reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version can always be found at www.alsafaa.nl .
